Student Nurses Association Raised Money for Haitian Peers

On February 4, 2010, the U-M Student Nurses’ Association organized the third annual Hope for Haiti Charity Ball. This charity event aimed to help Haitian nursing students by raising money for the Faculty of Nursing Science of the Episcopal University of Haiti, the country’s only four-year baccalaureate nursing program, which was co-founded by Dr. Ruth Barnard, associate professor emeritus at the U-M School of Nursing.
