Networking
We invite all students, faculty and staff attending this year’s symposium to connect with one another and share what inspires them to get involved in research, scholarship and innovation centered around advancing health and health equity. The networking session will be a career fair style event including a brochure directory of hosted tables.
Our purpose is to inspire future nurses to engage in health equity work and increase exposure to the vast opportunities available to support students in this journey including resources, departments, and organizations that offer one or more of the following:
- Professional organizations, membership and extracurriculars
- Mentorship
- Innovation opportunities
- Graduate school information
- Scholarship and funding opportunities
- Research opportunities
- Clinical opportunities
- Health equity opportunities
