Two Master’s Students Appointed to Executive Committee for Institute for Healthcare Improvement Open School

Brynt Ellis and Jeremy Lapham will join the U-M chapter’s leadership team.

Brynt Ellis and Jeremy Lapham, two master’s students at the University of Michigan School of Nursing, have been appointed to the U-M chapter of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Open School Executive Committee. In their leadership positions, they will represent the School of Nursing which has been previously represented by doctoral student Monica Rochman.

The IHI Open School (IHIOS) for Health Professions is an inter-professional, educational community that provides opportunities for students to gain the skills they will need to become change agents in healthcare improvement. Membership in the Open School is open to students in nursing, medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, policy, and other allied professions.
