Celebrating Nurses Week

National Nurses Week begins each year on May 6 and ends on May 12 which is Florence Nightingale's birthday. Every year the American Nurses Association selects a theme for the week highlighting a particular aspect of nurses’ practice. For 2019, the theme is "4 million reasons to celebrate" so we asked our nursing community to share their reasons for becoming one of the 4 million nurses in the U.S. and what they celebrate about the nursing profession.
