Diane DiFiore is a multifaceted Nursing Leader with experience in Care Management Development and Education, Performance Excellence, Emergency Services, and Nursing Recruitment. She has extensive background in team leadership, enhancing employee training and education and development programs, increasing employee retention, and implementing systems and strategies to improve the overall patient experience. She has diverse professional experience and strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills that support education and mentoriship.

Teaching

Diane DiFiore has provided education in a variety of settings.  Classroom education provided by Ms. DiFiore occurs weekly with all new graduate and experienced nurses entering Beaumont Health. A monthly onboarding class is taught by Diane to all new care management staff.  Various semesters, Diane has been the preceptor for undergraduate and graduate Nursing students in their leadership immersion course.  Diane has presented for the national conference of American Association of Care Management on Onboarding for Care Management along with webinars on various nursing topics.
