Stephania Dottin, MSN, AGNP-C currently serves as faculty of the NP Fellowship Program at Oak Street Health where she provides care to complex patient populations in under-resourced communities and supports the clinical and professional development of nurse practitioners transitioning into practice. She is committed to health equity by advancing the NP profession through clinical excellence and developing a sustainable workforce.
