14 years experience developing, implementing and managing Mentoring program for novice nurses and newly graduated nurses. 35 years as an operating room nurse as staff, charge nurse, supervisor, woring in the OR, PREP and PACU. Education Coordinator and Education Supervisor ( corporate) for three OR Departments a the U of M , and one at Chelsea Hospital.  

Teaching

Currently teach at the undergraduate level for over 30 years in clinical, didactic and simulation learning course as well as computer programs.  I have developed a Perioperative Course for five domains of he OR, thses sites are PHSC and UMHS. Have also developed  mentoring program for Mott OR, Mott 12 E and NICU the School of Nursing (SCAMP) with Dr Hagerty. The originca program was developed in 2009 for a surgery center in Sanfranciso CA for all five areas of perioperartive nursing.
