Carleen Wilton (Champagne)
Biography
Carleen Champagne has over 25 years of experience in program and project management, business analysis and business process re-engineering in health care, managed care and telecommunication industries. She has been at the University of Michigan for the last 15 years where she has spearheaded several systems implementations, provided management oversight for the UMSN’s finance, facilities, contracts and grants/research operations, and managed the school's multi-year initiative to open an academic facility, beginning with the capital request for Provost funding, through programming assessment, design, construction and grand opening in 2015. Carleen launched a new Project Management Office in early 2017, currently providing project management and business analysis services for departmental and School-wide initiatives.
Carleen holds a M.B.A. from Lawrence Technological University with an emphasis in strategic planning and a B.S. in business administration.
